Rancan Sisters Fitness, recently challenged their members to an Outdoor Adventure Day at Treetop Adventure Park – a course located in the Ourimbah State Forest, one hour north of Sydney. The course included beginner to extreme levels, high ropes, 90 challenges and 20 flying foxes, and is a two and a half hour fun workout.

25 memorable classes
The first time I ever taught a class was when I arrived on time (as a participant) and the then rostered instructor didn’t. There were 20 people waiting, so I grabbed someone else’s music and with no preparation, I pressed ahead and somehow got through what seemed like the longest hour I had ever endured.
