Having been training with the Bulgarian Bag for around three years now, one of my favourite things about it is the fact you can easily combine strength and cardio to create a highly effective metabolic workout.
BULGARIAN BAG BLOWOUT
BACK SQUAT
– Max Reps x 30 secs
30 secs recovery
REPEAT (3 ROUNDS IN TOTAL)

SPIN
– Max reps x 60 secs (switch direction at 30 secs mark)
30 secs recovery

BAG PUSH-UP
– Max Reps x 30 secs
30 secs recovery


FRONT RAISE
– Max Reps x 30 secs
30 secs recovery



POWER SNATCH
– Max reps x 60 secs
30 secs recovery
